Approximately 5 to 7 million animals enter shelters every year in the United States, so there are many furry friends to choose from. The cost of adopting a pet from the shelter is already much lower than purchasing from a pet store, and during the month of December the Corona Animal Shelter is waiving the $15 pet adoption fee.
