Downtown Specific Plan Amendment

Successful downtowns do not just happen. No single idea, business, entertainment venue, land use modification, or event can be identified in this Specific Plan that will itself cause the revitalization of Corona's Downtown. Successful downtowns come about as a result of a number of decisions and actions taken by public and private interests. Only the combined impacts of implementing ideas and strategies identified by Corona citizens, the City Council, and staff can provide the changes and momentum necessary to revitalize the Downtown.
