Brittany Ritzi is a graduate from California Polytechnic University, Pomona where she earned her B.S. in Communications, Journalism. It was at Cal Poly where she launched her journalistic career as a writer and photographer for her school newspaper, The Poly Post, then moved on to write for the Inner Circle as she ended her collegiate career.
She loves learning about her community and being able to be a part of sharing peoples stories through writing. The unlimited array of things to write about is what drew her to seek out a journalistic career, with every day comes a new story which keeps life new and interesting.
Brittany has lived in Corona since she was a child, and grew up on Miguel’s burritos like every other Corona native. She has a small obsession with coffee and writing which she just cannot seem to get enough of and can often be found in a coffee-shop with a journal or a good book.
Daniel L. Rittatore has been with the City of Corona Economic Development team since 2002. He has served in many capacities most currently he is the single point of contact for the business community through Team Corona, the city’s business retention, attraction and expansion program. He specializes in team building, permitting processes, communication, and streamlining city government for business.
Daniel is also responsible for the biweekly city newsletter as well as the city’s multi-pronged social media program. With a dedicated team, the city’s social media program has increased community awareness, economic opportunities, and improved connectivity between city and community relations.
Prior to working with the City of Corona, Daniel served in the United States Marine Corps and was in sales & marketing for a third-party contract manufacturer of cosmetics. Coming from the private sector, Rittatore provides a different perspective when helping businesses achieve their goals by locating or growing within the city.
Daniel has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with an emphasis on Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton and a Master of Science in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne.
|Michele PoladianThis Southern California native, Cal Poly Pomona Alumni and 11 year Corona resident can be described as an avid supporter of her community. Her philosophy is that buying local not only supports community members, but helps keep Corona sustainable, prosperous and dynamic.Her professional background is in marketing. She’s worked on both the creative and strategic sides of the marketing spectrum. Her keen attention to detail and personable nature have enabled her a career that has encompassed catalog layouts, client services, weddings/special events, proofreading and copywriting.Her interests include health, natural medicine, wine and the arts. Michele is passionate about music and art programs for children. You can probably find her at the farmer’s market or fruit stand on weekends, as she is a strong supporter of local farmers and enjoys fresh, local produce.
Michele encourages fellow residents to support Corona and its programs and businesses to make our city a safe and enjoyable place to live and work.
