Trammell Crow Company, a real estate development and investment firm from Dallas, TX has chosen Corona as the site of their latest development: Magnolia Point.
Magnolia Point will be an industrial park of 21. 28 acres which will be divided into four buildings, 528,520 sq ft. in total, located on the southwest corner of East Sixth Street and Magnolia Avenue.
The City of Corona Planning and Housing Commission reviewed the development architecture, site design and landscaping on October 22, 2012. With approval the development continues through their entitlement process.
Magnolia Point is the latest demonstration that Corona’s industrial market is on the fast-track. This type of development will draw skilled industry and increase jobs within Corona. Overall Magnolia Point, and developments like it, will launch economic gains that last.
