Bicycles for Children Making a Difference in Our Community

The Bicycles for Children organization, a local non-profit, was founded 4 years ago with the goal of donating 155 bicycles to impoverished children to the Corona-Norco Unified School District.   At the time, the organization hoped to donate five bicycles to each elementary school in the district. Through fundraising, being involved in community events, and private and business donations, they were able to exceed the goal, and purchased, assembled, and donated 196 bicycles and helmets.  Teachers ...
