On Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016, at about 8 a.m., 34-year-old Corona resident Robert Sanchez Banuelos was arrested for the misdemeanor of Child Annoyance. On November 8, 2016, Eduardo Alvarez was convicted of all charges including 2nd degree murder for his driving actions in an incident that occurred on August 9, 2015.
