No need to head to Hollywood in hopes of some Celebrity sightings, in stead head over to Santiago High School this Saturday February 9, 2013 where the school will be holding a Celebrity vs. Staff fundraiser basketball game at Santiago High School in Corona.

The game is hosted by Santiago Alumni and MTV television series TEEN WOLF star, Tyler Hoechlin. Hoechlin along with the rest of the Hollywood Knight’s Celebrity Basketball Team will take on 18 of the Santiago Shark’s Faculty. There will also be a halftime performance by up and coming musical artist Jeremy Thurber.

Principal Reggie Thompkins and Assistant Principals JT Cameron, Kenny Torres, and Steve Mitchell are a few of the faculty members along with several other teachers, security guards, coaches, and custodians that will have to    prepare themselves to not get star struck as they battle this team of Celebs.

“I plan to have as much fun as possible and avoid any permanent damage to my aging body,” said Thompkins, previous collegiate basketball player at Cal State San Bernardino and basketball coach of 14 years. “I’ll do anything to support our awesome ASB even if it means making fun of myself.”

The Celebrity basketball team includes:

Santiago Bball with Celebs-1

The cost is $10 at the door or students can purchase tickets presale at the “Shark Shop” on campus for $8 with an ASB card. Floor side seats are also available for $25 while available. Children under 5 are free. All proceeds will go to benefit the Santiago Senior Class.
